ROLL OUT THE RED CARPET with an awards ceremony photographer

There's nothing like an award ceremony to amp up the anticipation and excitement of your guests. Celebrating excellence in your field is fun to photograph but takes experience and planning to capture thoroughly. I want to be in the right place at the right time to get your winners and everyone else as they celebrate each other.

Winning smiles

I often collaborate with other lovely photographers to shoot award winners in a side room. I may leave them to it while I cover the main event or we may shoot simultaneously if there's a lot of winners to photograph in a short time. Along with portable studio lights, I can provide a small reversible black / white backdrop for 1-2 people or a larger black panorama for small teams. Alternatively, you may have your own step and repeat sponsor walls. I'll need access to set up early and pack up afterwards.

Awards Photography

Step 1

Awards events have a lot of moving parts and I'd love to discuss them with you ahead of the event. Even for a simple presentation during a drinks reception, it really pays to plan the awards giving process and the elements of the event that will be important to you and your sponsors.

Step 2

For large awards ceremonies, I recommend I start a little early with you on the day. There's often a lot to get through in a short time. We can ensure there's enough space for your winners to be photographed on stage or elsewhere and work together to make things flow professionally.

Step 3

I know you'll want to turnaround your awards photography quickly. With enough notice, I may be able to edit and upload winner images on the same evening and your complete photo collection by the next day. If you're on a tighter budget, I can still send you a few rush images.
