Evening Galas and high end receptions can be spectacular opportunities to capture. With few formalities, the emphasis is on fun and engagement. Whether you're holding a charity auction, a fundraiser or simply creating a space for your business to thrive, I want to deliver the best assets to support your cause. Whatever your mission, I'll create a photographic record of a night to remember.
Gala Reception Photography
Step 1
I'd love to chat through your event and help identify what you need. It sometimes make sense to allocate a second photographer to your step and repeat wall or with enough time, I can fold it in with my general reportage. Once we have an agreed location and hours, I'll send you a session link to click and confirm.
Step 2
On the day you may need shots on the fly for social media. I can take a moment to text you specific unedited shots or we can arrange time for me to download and edit onsite. Otherwise, I'll keep busy photographing everything and everyone I can find. I want to give you variety and energy of people enjoying themselves.
Step 3
Some clients need expedited next day turnaround which I can usually accommodate for a small surcharge. 40+ images per hour will be edited and shared full resolution for worldwide commercial use in perpetuity. Gala evenings can be quite intense and I may recommend additional editing for 60+ or 80+ edits per hour.
