CONFERENCE or Unconference

The mother of all business events, conferences often comprise elements from every other type of occasion. Whether the networking and learning will take place over a day or a week, I'd love to discuss your requirements and provide a bespoke quote.

Step 1

Depending on the scale of your conference, it's often worth setting up an in person or zoom meeting with your event coordinator and media team. Together we can identify your coverage and delivery requirements then how best to achieve it within your budget. There's room for flexibility should your event evolve.

Step 2

Unless you have specific shots or groups you'd like to specify, I'll capture a documentary photo record of your conference. For larger events I sometimes work with other photographers who are designated to shoot break out sessions or sponsor branding. Together we can be spread across your venue or host city.

Step 3

In my experience, there's a lot of pictures to cull and edit from a conference and it can take a week or so to turnaround. Rush image drops can be scheduled or we can arrange for an on site editor if you need a more comprehensive selection available on the fly. You might even like to provide your guests with a headshot service.
