Since 2002, Harry has worked hard to build a solid reputation as an honest and reliable London Portrait & Event Photographer. Good communication is key to being prepared for the unexpected. As well as carrying public liability and other professional insurance, Harry shoots on dual cards and doubles up on key equipment. Your images are available as full resolution downloads and you’ll find no extra fees levied in for future use. Harry Richards Limited licenses commercial images to clients for worldwide use in perpetuity as standard. Competitive rates for an experienced professional.
VAT will be applied on top of my business event & portrait rates where applicable.
EVENT RATES FROM £500
On weekdays, I charge £500 for your first 2 hours of event photography with additional hours charged at £125. 40+ edits per hour are included as standard.
Standard Lightroom editing with a 5 working day turnaround is included. Next day editing is subject to availability and a 10% surcharge.
PORTRAIT RATES FROM £500
On weekdays, I charge £500 for your first 2 hours of portrait photography with additional hours starting at £125. 10+ edits per hour are included as standard.
Portable studio surcharge includes my London taxi travel expenses and early setup from £100 or with a panoramic background for £50 more.

Travel fees for work outside London is zoned and dependent on job scale. Feel free to request a bespoke quote.

How do I book a shoot?
Get in touch with your event date, location and time. I'll reply to confirm availability and discuss your brief. You'll receive a session link to check and accept. For multi day events, I'll usually send a booking agreement.
Do you work internationally?
I've worked on events around the UK and Europe. I'm happy to discuss your event brief and send you a travel quote.
What is your typical event timeline?
Typical turnaround is within 5 working days. I can send you some rush images at no extra charge. Subject to availability and a 10% surcharge, I may be able to offer a next day turnaround service.
What payment methods are available?
I am grateful for bank transfer payments within 30 days. Card payments are possible on request.
Are you insured?
I carry public liability, professional indemnity and employer's liability insurance.
